Every second counts — get the patient to the hospital alive, and on time!
How to play
You're the city's fastest ambulance driver. Each level gives you a patient pickup and a hospital drop-off — race through traffic, dodge cars and obstacles, and beat the clock. Crashing damages your ambulance, and a wrecked ambulance means a failed shift. Flip on the siren to make traffic pull aside, and earn up to three stars per level based on your time.
Controls
- Desktop: Arrow keys or WASD to drive, Space for siren, P pause, R retry, M mute
- Mobile & tablet: On-screen steering pad on the left, siren button on the right
Tips
- The siren makes cars pull over — but plan your route, it won't help in alleys.
- Check the minimap: the shortest route isn't always the fastest one.
- Arrive with time to spare to earn all three stars.
